Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Appointment should be done within 24 hours of your booking timeslot. Should you cancel after this period then your full payment will be non-refundable. If you cancel within or before the 24 hour cancellation timeslot, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied and the remaining balance refunded to you.
Late Arrival Policy
At The C Bar, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
