Cancellation policy
Cancellation of Appointment should be done within 24 hours of your booking timeslot. Should you cancel after this period then your full payment will be non-refundable. If you cancel within or before the 24 hour cancellation timeslot, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied and the remaining balance refunded to you.
Customer conduct policy
Clients are expected to be on time for all appointments. Should you be late for your appointment, we could cancel your slot based on the bookings for the day. If your slot is canceled due to lateness, your payment will not be refunded. No Kid Policy, we operate on a no kid policy as we have chemicals and other hazardous substances that could be a danger to kids. Kids are only allowed should there be a promotional event, however this would be advised to you in advance. We do not condone, vulgarity and aggression towards staff or other clients. Should this be displayed we will have you removed and your fee will become non refundable.
