Cancellation Policy
We understand that the unexpected happens at any given time therefor we give you a window period to cancel. Cancelation must be done within 24 hour 30% of your treatment fee will be none refundable as it will serve as your cancelation fee, should you cancel after 24hours has passed we will take 50% of your treatment amount. Your refund will be sent back to your account within 72 hours depending on your bank, please be advised that Kats cupping and Massage therapy will not be responsible for any bank charges.
Late Arrival Policy
At Kats cupping and Massage therapy, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
