Cancellation policy
Please note cancelation of appointment forfeits your R100 booking fee. You may opt to postpone your appointment instead and your booking fee will be carried over to your next appointment. You may reschedule your appointment no less than 24hrs before your booked appointment.
Customer conduct policy
All appointments require a R100 boking fee within an hour of booking in order to secure your appointment. The R100 booking fee is non-refundable as it goes towards preparations for your appointment. When booking please include your name and surname so as to not be confused with another client. Make sure to include soak off, broken nail fix and/or art if needed when selecting your service as this affects the time spent on your service. Please verify that you have received a confirmation SMS/email of your booking. We do not refill someone else's work. Please add a soak off to your booking in this case. We do not accept cash.
